1 Year Manufacturer warranty covers all manufacturer defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.  

Does not cover wear and tear on the Paw traction mat.

Free UPS Ground Shipping on Orders Shipped Within U.S.A. 


Orders are processed Mon-Fri 8-5pm PST.  Orders received after 5pm PST will process the following business day.


UPS does not ship on weekends and days for expedited shipping refers to business days. Expedited shipping to Canada may be delayed at the Border. This is beyond the control of either Doggie Ramps or UPS and as such we do not guarantee arrival of expedited orders within any specified time period


Shipping damages are very rare. If you receive an item that is damaged from shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery during normal business hours 9am to 5pm PST at Email us at: info@doggieramps.com



If you are not 100% satisfied with your Dog Ramp purchase from Doggieramps.com, you can return your order to Doggie Ramp for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Products must be in the condition in which you received them. 

If you have purchased a Dog Ramp from one of our dealers, please contact them directly for their return policy.

Here's what to do:

  • You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Acquire an RMA Number by emailing our Customer Service Team at info@doggieramps.com
  • Mail the return package to

  • Please reference your order number from your doggieramp.com purchase.
  • Clearly, reference the RMA number that you acquired from our customer service team.
  • We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.
  • Refunds take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
  • Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.

Sammie loves her new ramp…

I tried to get her used to using the ramp with treats but they just rolled off the ramp. Lol I do need to sand down one side which is pretty rough. How do I get the new side rails kit?? They might work to cover the rough edge so I don’t need to sand. It only took 2 days and she was up and down no problem. Treats not needed.
