Orders are processed Mon-Fri 8-5pm PST.  Orders received after 5pm PST will process the following business day.

SHIPPING

UPS does not ship on weekends and days for expedited shipping refers to business days. Expedited shipping to Canada may be delayed at the Border. This is beyond the control of either Doggie Ramps or UPS and as such we do not guarantee arrival of expedited orders within any specified time period

SHIPPING DAMAGES

Shipping damages are very rare. If you receive an item that is damaged from shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery during normal business hours 9am to 5pm PST at Email us at: info@doggieramps.com

If you have purchased a Dog Ramp from one of our dealers, please contact them directly for their return policy.

Here's what to do:

  • You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Acquire an RMA Number by emailing our Customer Service Team at info@doggieramps.com
  • Mail the return package to

  • Please reference your order number from your doggieramp.com purchase.
  • Clearly, reference the RMA number that you acquired from our customer service team.
  • We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.
  • Refunds take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
  • Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.
