Luna has been my walking partner for the last 4 years. She’s a miniature Poodle that I adopted from my local shelter. Luna is the sweetest dog in the whole world and she, alongside walking, has gotten me through some rough times. Lately, however, it seems like she’s the one having a rough time. She’s been dealing with back and joint pain that has been cutting our walking sessions down by a lot. Luna only feels up to walking with me once a month now compared to her standard once a week. I had to find some way to minimize and ease the strain on her body.

I watched Luna for a couple of days to try and identify what could be causing this pain that is keeping my walking partner from doing her favorite activities.
